Enquiries and bookings
The contact form collects your name, email, organisation, service interest, preferred language and message to respond to your enquiry. These details are sent to HubSpot for contact management and Telegram for notifications. Booking links open Cal.com, whose own privacy terms apply. Booking details, including attendee details, timezone, meeting information and form responses, may also be sent to HubSpot and Telegram. Processing serves responding to your request and preparing an engagement; optional analytics is based on consent.
Hosting and security
Lovable Cloud provides hosting and administration services. Technical information, such as error reports and page addresses, may be processed for reliability and security. Administrator sign-in uses essential session storage and verification codes; rejecting analytics does not disable these security functions.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after acceptance, Google Analytics 4 receives page visits and technical usage information, such as browser and device information, to help improve the website. Google processes network information when receiving these requests. Advertising features are disabled. Enquiry messages, form fields and URL query strings are not deliberately sent to Analytics. Analytics is excluded from the sign-in and admin pages.
Cookies and your choice
Your accept or reject choice is stored on this device for 180 days. If accepted, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_* cookies, configured with a 180-day lifetime that may renew with use. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings at any time; this stops future analytics and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not undo processing already performed. Essential storage remains available.
