Board Advisory
Boards are being asked two increasingly connected questions at once: is our organisation genuinely inclusive of how people think, and do we understand what our AI systems are actually doing when they make or shape decisions about people? I advise on both — separately or together — drawing on a background that spans global neurodiversity leadership and AI governance credentials. My work is independent and tailored, for boards of SMEs, family-owned businesses and multinational groups.
Board briefings
Closed-session briefings for boards, audit or risk committees — on neurodiversity as a governance and talent-risk question, or on AI oversight and what a board needs to ask and document. Single session, typically half a day.
Pricing on request.
Retained board advisory
An ongoing advisory relationship with a board or Chair — recurring input as neurodiversity or AI governance and delivery questions affect strategy and risk. Monthly or quarterly, scoped to what the board actually needs.
Arrangement: by scope, quoted after an initial conversation.
Non-Executive Director availability
I'm open to Non-Executive Director conversations where a neurodivergent lens, international governance experience, and AI governance and delivery fluency would add board value. This isn't a sales pitch — it's a standing availability, backed by a track record of advising boards and corporate leaders internationally.
